White Balance

White Balance: Important adjustment for video cameras to adapt the interpretation of color to the lighting system being used in a particular video shoot. Many cameras now have sophisticated automatic white balancing, which can be effective much of the time. It is recommended that you practice with your cameras and learn how your particular camera adjusts to certain lit environments and learn how to make manual adjustments accordingly, if needed.
